Job summary

APPS Paramedical Services is seeking independent contractors to perform mobile medical exams for insurance underwriting. Examinations include phlebotomy, vital signs, saliva samples, and 12-lead EKGs, conducted at clients' homes or offices with minimal supervision.

Contractors set their own schedules, with exams offered seven days a week. Orientation and equipment options are provided; references and background checks will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience and familiarity with taking vital signs.
• Familiarity with tablets/computers and scanners is a must.
• Preferred pediatric and geriatric/home health experience.
• EKG experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mobile medical exams at client homes or offices.
• Perform phlebotomy, vital signs collection, and sample handling.
• Coordinate within assigned territory; exams scheduled for you; travel between sites.
