Job summary

JSAS HealthCare, Inc. in Neptune, NJ seeks a full-time Registered Nurse to join our mobile medication program for outpatient opioid treatment.

You will administer and monitor MAT (methadone or buprenorphine), perform nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, and document care in the EHR in accordance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with physicians, counselors, and peer staff to implement individualized care plans, educate patients on medications and harm reduction, and support

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in NJ.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Proficient in EHR documentation and regulatory standards.
• Strong communication within interdisciplinary teams.
• Trauma‑informed and culturally sensitive care.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor MAT (methadone or buprenorphine).
• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor vitals & withdrawal symptoms.
• Document care accurately in medical records (EHR).
• Collaborate with physicians, counselors and peers on care plans.
• Educate patients on medications, harm reduction and health promotion.
• Support crisis intervention and referrals to higher levels of care.
• Maintain medication inventory and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in quality improvement and interdisciplinary team meetings.
