NorthBay Health is seeking a Mammography Van Technologist to operate on our mobile imaging program, perform all mammographic studies, and ensure patient safety during examinations.

You will produce high-quality images, assist with QC, document compliance with MQSA and ACR standards, and work with the Imaging Support Specialist to serve community locations.

The role requires an AMA-approved mammography course graduate, California licensure, and at least one year of mammography experience.

Formación

• Graduate of an AMA approved mammography course.
• Current California Radiographic and Mammographic Technologist licensure.
• One year of experience in mammography.
• Basic clerical and computer experience required.
• Ability to assist with QC and regulatory tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mammography examinations in accordance with established protocols.
• Inspect and clean equipment prior to use.
• Maintain exam rooms in a neat and orderly condition.
• Report equipment failures to the Lead Technologist, Supervisor, or Director.
• Process images and complete documentation.
• Perform required quality control procedures as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the radiologist on image review, positioning, and techniques.
