manpowe is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3 to join our facilities team. You will perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance across multiple sites, handling plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks while coordinating daily service routes.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with trade certifications as needed, at least 3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with work order software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with trade certifications as required by local jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Proficiency with work order management systems and basic mobile device applications.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems, with troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities
