Functional Transformation Mobile Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist specializing in lymphedema therapy to serve the Bradenton area. The role involves mobile outpatient visits with flexible scheduling and a patient-centered approach, emphasizing quality care in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Occupational Therapy license is required.
• Experience in lymphedema treatment and current therapy practices preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy and lymphedema evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled lymphedema therapy including CDT components.
• Assess activities of daily living and educate patients and caregivers.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately.
