Job summary

DocGo is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to perform home health visits in the Sacramento, CA area. You will conduct health assessments, document histories, administer vaccines and medications, and coordinate care with clinicians.

The full-time LVN position requires a valid California LVN license, BLS, and the ability to drive to patient homes. Strong communication and adherence to HIPAA are essential for success.

Qualifications

• LVN license in California.
• At least 6 months LVN experience.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to patients' homes and perform home health visits.
• Obtain medical histories and document assessments.
• Administer vaccines and medications and monitor vital signs.
• Maintain patient records and communicate with the care team.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
