Job summary

Pearce Bespoke redefines luxury with a mobile, high-energy client experience. We seek charismatic Clothiers who can build relationships and drive high-end sales. You’ll work directly with clients to design, measure, and tailor bespoke clothing, expanding your network and creating memorable experiences.

In this role, you will travel within your territory, host exclusive events, and leverage a commission-based model. We provide full training; prior fashion background is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s in business preferred.
• Proven outside sales or high-end service experience.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• As a Clothier, you are the face of the brand, creating an experience.
• Lead Generation: source leads and book appointments with young professionals, grooms, athletes, and business leaders.
• Consult & Design: guide clients through a design process—from premium fabrics to precise measurements.
• Host Exclusive Events: organize trunk shows and pop-ups at law offices, country clubs, cigar lounges, and luxury realty firms.
• Build a Network: attend high-profile marketing events and expos to expand your reach.
