Job summary

Fabick Cat is an authorized dealer of Caterpillar equipment, power systems, and rental equipment seeking a technician-lube truck to perform preventative maintenance and light repairs on customer owned machines. Duties include diagnosing faults with laptop diagnostics, gauges, and instruments across electronics, hydraulics and powertrain; load/unload equipment; and maintain safety standards per OSHA.

Requirements: high school or GED; diesel technology training preferred; 2–5 years in preventive

Qualifications

• High school or GED required; diesel tech training preferred.
• 2–5 years of preventative maintenance experience on construction equipment.
• Experience diagnosing equipment with diagnostic laptops, gauges and instruments.
• CDL and MSHA certification a plus; strong problem solving skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and light repairs on customer-owned machines.
• Detect faults using diagnostic laptops, gauges, and instruments across systems.
• Load or unload equipment from customer or carrier vehicles.
• Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
