Job summary

KBR is hiring a Mobile Load Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL. You will plan and supervise daily mobile loading operations, ensuring safe and efficient movement of materials and cargo.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance, operations and logistics to meet production objectives while following all company policies and regulatory requirements. You will lead crews, manage equipment utilization, and enforce safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years in mobile loading, heavy equipment operations, transportation, logistics, or material handling.
• 1-2 years supervisory or team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily mobile loading and material handling operations.
• Plan and assign work to equipment operators and loading crews.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and SOPs.
• Conduct daily safety briefings, toolbox talks, and shift turnover meetings.
• Monitor loading operations to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate equipment availability with maintenance personnel and report deficiencies.
• Ensure operators complete required inspections.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate employees for performance improvements.
• Maintain accurate operational reports and logs.
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, transport, and customers to meet requirements.
• Ensure proper cargo loading, weight distribution and load security.
