Job summary

United Medical Systems (UMS) is seeking a Mobile Lithotripsy Technologist to travel to hospitals and centers, operating advanced lithotripsy imaging equipment and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will transport, set up, and verify systems, supporting urologists with real-time fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance.

The role requires ARRT certification, state licensure, BLS, and a valid driver's license, with occasional overnight stays. A strong patient-care focus is essential.

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification required; ARRT eligible acceptable.
• State Radiologic Technologist License required where applicable.
• Current BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• DOT regulated position; must pass a medical certificate.
• Able to move, set up, teardown and transport equipment.
• Occasional overnight stays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to hospitals and surgery centers to operate lithotripsy imaging systems.
• Safely transport equipment and supplies to customer locations.
• Set up and perform quality checks on mobile lithotripsy systems.
• Collaborate with facility staff and urologists to ensure efficient case flow.
• Provide real-time imaging during procedures using fluoroscopy and ultrasound.
• Document procedural information and manage treatment records.
• Maintain safe operation of company vehicle and meet DOT standards.
