Job summary

United Medical Systems (UMS) is seeking a Radiologic/Lithotripsy Technologist to operate mobile lithotripsy imaging systems at hospitals and surgery centers. You will travel within the assigned territory, set up and verify equipment, and support urologists through the entire case flow with real-time fluoroscopy and ultrasound imaging.

The role emphasizes patient care, hands-on technology, and adherence to DOT and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• ARRT Certification is required.
• State Radiologic Technologist License is required.
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• DOT medical certificate is required.
• Must be able to move, set up and transport equipment.
• Occasional overnight stays possible.

Responsibilities

• Travel to hospitals and surgery centers to operate lithotripsy imaging systems.
• Set up and perform quality checks on mobile lithotripsy systems.
• Collaborate with facility staff and urologists for efficient case flow.
• Provide real-time imaging support during procedures using fluoroscopy/ultrasound.
• Document procedural information and manage treatment records.
• Ensure DOT-compliant transportation of equipment and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
