Job summary

KenCrest is seeking Job Coaches to assist our consumers with intellectual disabilities in Western Montgomery County, PA. This is a mobile position with travel required and flexible scheduling, comprehensive benefits and much more!

As a Job Coach, you will build positive professional relationships with community employers, develop relationships with individuals to identify strengths and interests, provide routine job coaching to individuals on the job site, and encourage personal choice and

Qualifications

Self-motivated and able to work one-on-one with individuals with disabilities.
Interested in a mobile and independent position.
Development and implementation of work skills.
Preference given to candidates with ACRE Certification (Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators)
Valid and Current driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (required) *Driver's License, insurance and registration must be aligned with state of permanent residence*

Responsibilities
