Hallmark Cards is hiring a Reset (Installation) Merchandiser Floater in New Jersey. You will work with store teams to install, reset, and seasonally decorate displays, while managing fixtures and inventory.

The role emphasizes organization, time management, and building retailer relationships as the face of Hallmark. The position requires physical work, 15–20 hours per week, and a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Access to Wi-Fi and internet, plus reliable transportation to stores.
• Ability to operate a digital hand-held device to access documents.

Responsibilities

• Installations and resets at assigned accounts, including dismantling and building fixtures.
• Display products and manage on-hand inventory; communicate with supervisor via mobile device.
• Support holiday-focused installations and extended hours as needed.
