Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with React Native.
• Experience distributing apps via App Store and Google Play.
• Exposure to Agile and DevOps practices.
• Ability to lead architectural discussions and build consensus.
• Strong mentoring skills for developers.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure in React Native for mobile development and deployment.
• Lead best practices in MobX, geolocation, WebView, encryption, backend–mobile interfaces, and performance optimization.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for iOS, Android, and React Native.
• Automate and optimize build processes, testing, and deployments.
• Improve developer velocity through tooling and infrastructure enhancements.
• Continuously improve performance, scalability, and security.
• Evaluate and adopt modern tools and approaches.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to align solutions with business needs.
• Partner with DevOps to improve system reliability and delivery.
• Implement monitoring and observability for app performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across pipelines, builds, and production.
