Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser to ensure Red Bull products are stocked, displayed and rotated to brand standards across small and large format accounts. This role involves lifting, loading, and merchandising on the sales floor to maximize visibility and product freshness.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, rotating stock, maintaining clean displays, coordinating with customers, and reporting backstock needs.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License required.
• Reliable vehicle for work with minimum insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Merchandising experience is a plus.
• Able to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English required; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves and displays, ensuring full stock and rotation.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves and check dates on every visit.
• Remove damaged or expired products and report for exchange.
• Keep cold equipment and displays clean and aligned with brand standards.
• Maintain organized backstock to support stock levels and freshness.
• Support in-store display execution to maximize visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Managers and customers on availability and inventory.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
