Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking a full-time in-home veterinarian to serve Winston-Salem and surrounding areas. You’ll provide hospice and euthanasia care to pets in clients’ homes, with a respected mobile practice and supportive mentorship.

The role offers flexible scheduling (4- or 5-day weeks in some markets) and a base salary starting at $85,000, up to $100,000 with bonus opportunities, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Availability to work weekends is needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets in clients' homes.
• Operate as part of a mobile veterinary team with mentorship and support.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality medical care in home settings.
