Job summary

Lap of Love is seeking a Full-Time In-Home Veterinarian to serve Winston-Salem, NC and surrounding areas. This mobile role focuses on compassionate hospice and euthanasia care, enabling veterinarians to practice with purpose outside traditional clinics.

You’ll join a community of over 400 veterinarians and support professionals, with onboarding, mentorship, and a 24/7/365 support center to help you thrive in a flexible, balanced lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree required.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in-home.
• Operate as a mobile veterinarian serving Winston-Salem, NC and surrounding areas.
• Engage in onboarding and ongoing mentorship within Lap of Love’s support framework.
