Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking an In-Home Associate Veterinarian to serve Ann Arbor, Howell, Ypsilanti, Brighton, Livonia, Canton, MI and surrounding areas. You will practice hospice and euthanasia care in clients' homes, embracing a flexible schedule and balanced life while delivering compassionate medicine.

The role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and a supportive team, with opportunities to grow within a vet-led mobile practice focused on family-centered care.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Weekend availability.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Background and motor vehicle record check pre- and post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia veterinary care.
• Support families during end-of-life moments with compassion.
• Travel to multiple locations within the service area to deliver care.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and practice mentors.
