Job summary

Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice is seeking a Full-Time In-Home Veterinarian to serve the East Bay area, including Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Hayward, Richmond, Walnut Creek, Concord, and surrounding locales. This mobile role focuses on hospice and compassionate end-of-life care in clients' homes.

Enjoy flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules, mentorship, and a supportive culture. A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS required and valid licensure in the US.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in-patient and at client homes.
• Support families during difficult moments with empathy and guidance.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love team for continuous mentorship and quality care.
