Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Mobile Health at Jersey City Medical Center. The role involves providing 9-1-1 Advanced Life Support and Specialty Care Transport for patients of all ages across our service areas. You will work evenings, full-time, with a 36-hour week schedule.

Qualified candidates hold NJ RN licensure, an Associates degree (BSN preferred), and current BLS/ACLS/PALS; EMT-B is required. ICU/ED experience and state licensure reciprocity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• RN licensed by the State of NJ as a prerequisite.
• Minimum 1 year ICU/CCU/ED experience required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• EMT-B certification is required as part of the qualifications.
• HAZMAT, CBRNE/WMD awareness are part of the required knowledge.
• ICS 100/200/800 and NIMS 700 training completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 9-1-1 Advanced Life Support and Specialty Care Transport for patients of all ages.
• Deliver care in a mobile health setting and collaborate with teams in the Jersey City area.
