Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Hydro Blaster/Field Technician to join our safety‑conscious team. This role ensures the safe and proper execution of HPC‑Industrial jobs across service lines, and invites transitioning military personnel to leverage their training as they return to civilian life.

You will operate manual and automated hydro‑blasting equipment, manage high‑pressure pumps, and support on‑site safety and emergency response procedures.

Qualifications

• Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training and on-the-job training.
• Valid driver's license and compliance with driving policy when using company vehicle.
• Must be able to work up to 16 hours per shift.
• Must wear protective clothing and respirators as required.
• Emergency response and safety procedures knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for safety policies of company and customer.
• Hands-on operation of hydro-blasting equipment as required.
• Operate high‑pressure pumps and related hydro‑blasting and cleaning gear.
• Inspect surfaces to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on site equipment.
