Job summary

PIRTEK Eau Claire is hiring a Hose Assembly & Installation Technician to service, assemble, and install hydraulic hoses for a diverse customer base. The role involves manual labor in varying environments, with on-call duties and incentive pay.

Training is provided to learn PIRTEK processes, safety standards, and how to operate the mobile service unit. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; a clean driving record is necessary.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
• Experience in industrial development, construction, or related fields is a plus.
• Training on PIRTEK processes and safety standards is provided.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all PIRTEK safety standards during service calls.
• Carry out service calls and sales visits within the local area.
• Identify faulty hoses and hose assemblies and service the customer’s needs.
• Remove worn hoses and install new replacements; clean up spills per regs.
• Log service details in the online database and generate invoices.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers; on-call shifts with incentive pay.
