Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment to restore performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Travel between multiple retail locations and respond to service requests.
• Inspect and repair lighting systems and related components.
• Record work orders and maintain documentation.
