Join to apply for the Mobile HVAC / Maintenance Technician role at JLL.

This is a mobile role using your own vehicle, with gas mileage reimbursed at 0.70 cents per mile. Travel is within approximately a 30-mile radius.

What This Job Involves

Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment to ensure efficient operation and longevity. Focus on energy efficiency, safety, and minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance and repair records. Emphasize troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment on all HVAC/R systems.

What is your day to day?

• Perform preventive and corrective work orders on mechanical, electrical, and other systems.
• Maintain and repair HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, building repairs, and production equipment.
• Familiarize with equipment and proper usage methods.
• Conduct inspections and report conditions affecting operations and occupancy.
• Submit P-card receipts daily.
• Update work order statuses in real time.
• Use CMMS systems like Corrigo for all work performed.

Desired Experience And Technical Skills

Required:

• Experience with commercial refrigeration (rack or supermarket refrigeration).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC technicians must have a Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtain within 90 days).
• At least four years of technical experience in building engineering, HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Trades school or apprenticeship in electrical, refrigeration, or HVAC/R.
• Availability for call-in work and other duties as required.
