Qualifications

• Adherence to the Safety Program.
• Self-starter capable of working independently.
• Valid driver’s license with no major or frequent violations.
• Willingness to join UA of Plumbers and Pipefitters.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (education requirement).

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installations and drive results under supervision, with mentorship from peers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems; respond to basic warranty calls.
• Keep Johnson Controls, contractors, and customers informed of job progress and issues.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
