Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile HVAC Facilities Technician to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and associated systems across facilities in the Lehigh Valley region.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, energy efficiency, and safety, with opportunities to develop multi-trade skills in building automation and CMMS tools. On-site in Allentown, PA with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state equivalent required.
• Two years college or related trade schooling recommended.
• Four years' experience in electrician or HVAC/refrigeration trade preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders on mechanical, electrical, and installed systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing, and building interiors/exteriors.
• Inspect facilities and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Operate building automation and fire/life safety systems; monitor equipment readings.
