Our client in Rochester, NY seeks a Mobile HVAC Engineer to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC, plumbing, and building systems across multiple client locations. The role requires EPA 608 Type II certification (Universal preferred) and 5-7 years of experience, plus a valid driver’s license for travel between sites.

Our client, a leading facility management and commercial real estate services organization, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Operations and Maintenance Team supporting multiple commercial client locations throughout the Rochester area. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive work ethic, and excellent customer service abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$35.00 - $37.00 per hour (Negotiable)

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Travel between multiple client facilities to ensure safe and efficient building operations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment performance monitoring.
