Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking a compassionate veterinarian to deliver end-of-life care in clients’ homes within the Cleveland Metropolitan Area. You will practice independently on the road with strong team support, prioritizing dignity and comfort for pets and families.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed veterinarian with a DVM/VMD/BVMS.
• Ability to perform in-home euthanasia and end-of-life care with empathy.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home veterinary care and end-of-life services.
• Practice independently in the field with mentorship and team support.
• Explain options to families and support them through difficult conversations.
