Heartstrings Pet Hospice seeks compassionate veterinarians to provide in-home euthanasia and end-of-life care in families’ homes. You’ll practice on the road with mentorship, delivering dignified, gentle support during one of life’s hardest moments.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) licensed to practice.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.
• Weekends on Your Terms; 4 weekend days per month.
• License verification, background check, and driving record review prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home euthanasia and end-of-life care with compassion.
• Practice independently on the road with mentorship.
• Support families with difficult conversations about pet loss.
• Deliver care in a home setting, listening and answering questions.
