Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking compassionate veterinarians to deliver end-of-life care in families' homes across Katy, Cypress, Fulshear, Richmond and Sugar Land in Texas.

Work on your own schedule with 2–5 day options and a guaranteed base salary plus quarterly bonus opportunities, backed by onboarding, mentorship, and a work‑life‑friendly culture that values compassionate care.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent licensed in the U.S.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
• Weekends on Your Terms with flexible scheduling
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance
• License verification, background check, and driving record review before start date

Responsibilities

• Provide end-of-life care in patients' homes, ensuring dignity and comfort for pets and families.
• Practice medicine with time to listen, explain, and support grieving families.
• Enjoy autonomy with mobile practice and a supportive mentorship team.
