Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice serves Katy and surrounding Texas communities with compassionate end-of-life care in the home. You will perform hospice visits and in-home euthanasia, taking time to listen and support families through their pet's final moments.

Choose a schedule from 2 to 5 days per week, with self-managed options. The role offers guaranteed base salary, generous quarterly bonuses, 401(k), generous PTO, CE allowance, and comprehensive benefits, all with no non-compete.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD/BVMS degree required.
• Excellent communication with clients and families during difficult moments.
• Ability to work independently on home visits while staying within schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care with empathy.
• Explain options and support families through end-of-life decisions.
• Uphold safety and licensing requirements during mobility visits.
