Job summary

Caring-Hospice-Services seeks a compassionate Hospice Aide or CNA for a mobile field role delivering in-home and facility-based care. You will support patients and families, perform basic care tasks, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

This position requires a reliable vehicle and travel to patients in Philadelphia and surrounding counties, with an expected 40-hour work week and a $1,000 signing bonus to join our dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Hospice Aide or CNA
• Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures
• Experience in providing care for patients in various settings
• Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety protocols
• Physical ability to lift and move patients safely
• Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with physical examinations under the direction of healthcare professionals
• Support patients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
