Job summary

Caring Hospice Services is seeking a dedicated CNA/Hospice Aide for a mobile, field-based role covering Philadelphia and surrounding counties. The position requires a reliable vehicle and travel to patients in facilities and homes.

Expect to provide compassionate care, assist with daily living activities, and support mobility and safety in diverse settings. Hours are 40 per week, with a $1000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Hospice Aide or CNA.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical office procedures.
• Experience in providing care for patients in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes or care facilities.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with physical examinations under the direction of healthcare professionals.
• Support patients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
