PIRTEK Des Moines is hiring a Hose Installation Technician to service, assemble and install hoses for manufacturing, construction, and rental clients from a mobile service van in the Des Moines area. You will develop relationships with customers and provide on-site hose solutions.

The role emphasizes a strong customer-service mindset, excellent communication, and mechanical aptitude, with opportunities to advance and train within a leading provider of hydraulic hose service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Mechanically inclined with good communication skills, positive attitude and self-motivation.
• Experience in construction, earth moving, agriculture, or heavy equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service, assemble, and install hoses for a diverse customer base.
• Build customer base through sales & service calls in the local area.
• Develop relationships with potential & new customers.
• Availability to be on call nights, weekends, and holidays.
