Peak’s Field Housing Refurb Technician is responsible for the refurbishment of mobile homes and skid houses. The role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality renovations.

Key duties include repairing walls, flooring, cabinetry, roofing, electrical and plumbing components, painting, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and professional collaboration with co-workers.

Qualifications

• Strong carpentry knowledge.
• General knowledge of plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality refurbishment of mobile homes and skid houses.
• Repair walls, subfloor, ceiling, cabinets and countertops.
• Replace sheetrock, flooring, siding, doors and metal roofing.
• Repair/Replace electrical components.
• Repair/Replace plumbing components.
• Paint.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers.
• Participate in job safety meetings.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
