Kort's Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician for a Mobile Home Park in Baton Rouge to keep communities clean, safe, and well-functioning.

You will handle routine repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry), maintain grounds, inspect common areas and roads, and prep lots for new residents, with a strong focus on resident service and safety.

Qualifications

• Routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and basic HVAC work
• Maintain Park grounds (mowing, trimming, trash removal, and general landscaping)
• Inspect and repair common areas, roads, and utility systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents
• Prepare lots and homes for new residents (cleaning, repairs, minor renovations)
• Monitor property for safety issues and ensure compliance with local codes
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely
