Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to care for a mobile home community in Bellevue, NE. This full-time role involves general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and upkeep of common areas and homes, with on-site housing possible.

Ideal candidates have handyman experience, the ability to work independently, and a valid driver's license. The job emphasizes safety, organization, and responsive maintenance support for residents.

Qualifications

• General maintenance or handyman experience required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and property repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily maintenance priorities.
• Dependable, responsible, and able to communicate well with management.
• Physically able to perform tasks (lift, bend, climb ladders, outdoors).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the community.
• Handle plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and other routine repairs.
• Maintain common areas, grounds, roads, and community facilities.
• Complete repairs and maintenance on vacant and occupied homes as needed.
• Assist with preparing homes and lots for new occupants.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform seasonal maintenance, including snow removal and grounds upkeep.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• Identify maintenance or safety concerns and report larger issues.
