Haven Housing, a BH Properties subsidiary, seeks an Acquisition Manager to source, underwrite and close mobile home park acquisitions across the Western U.S. You will build the acquisition pipeline, model cash flows, and coordinate due diligence with lenders and internal teams.

This role requires regular travel and a strong track record in value-add real estate strategies. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in CRE acquisitions including mobile home parks, advanced financial modeling skills, and

• 5+ years in CRE acquisitions, with 3+ years in mobile home parks.
• Advanced financial modeling, cash flow analysis and returns.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building with brokers and lenders.

Responsabilidades

• Source on- and off-market MHC opportunities through brokers and direct outreach.
• Underwrite acquisitions with detailed financial models and rent/occupancy analysis.
• Evaluate park infrastructure and coordinate third-party inspections.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present to management.
• Lead due diligence, escrow, and closing processes on accelerated timelines.
• Travel up to 40% to meet owners and close transactions.
