Suru Network seeks clinicians to build a consistent mobile caseload delivering home visits and telehealth evaluations. You control scheduling and caseload, with longer treatment relationships compared to traditional home health.

Clinicians can earn thousands in extra income by higher-frequency visits. Suru handles intake, eligibility, and billing, returning cases for follow-up once ready, with flexible scheduling and efficient visit notes.

Qualifications

• Active California clinical license is required.
• Independent contractor status (1099).
• Ability to manage a mobile/home-based caseload with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Submit referrals through Suru app or web app.
• Coordinate Telehealth evaluations and home visits as patients require.
• Continue follow-up care and decide which cases to accept.
• Assist with intake, eligibility, evaluations, and billing processes.
• Record visit notes by voice when possible and maintain timely documentation.
