Qualifications

Proven work experience as a physical therapist and/or occupational therapist.
Current licensure to practice PT/OT.
Graduate degree or higher in PT/OT.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs.
Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques.
Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ needs.
Document patient care services.
Evaluate effects and monitor progress.
