Job summary

Core Physical Therapy Services PC is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists and PTAs, and Occupational Therapists/COTAs to partner with patients, helping them restore motion and reach their personal best. You will maximize quality of life and movement potential through comprehensive promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation.

Cases are on the road across all five NYC boroughs, with travel kept to a minimum.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a physical therapist and/or occupational therapist.
• Intensive clinical expertise in rehabilitation.
• Ability to manage patients with different personalities.
• Current knowledge of PT/OT treatment practices.
• Graduate degree or higher in PT/OT.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs.
• Offer cost-effective treatments to improve motion and mobility.
• Develop care plans using diverse treatment techniques.
• Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ needs.
• Provide evidence-based care and monitor progress.
• Document patient care services.
