Peak Rentals is seeking a MOBILE HOME HOUSEKEEPER to clean and maintain sleeping accommodations, restrooms, common rooms and offices across multiple locations. You will handle cleaning duties, supply management, and basic maintenance requests in a fast-paced rental environment.

The role requires prior housekeeping and maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable communication with management. Competitive benefits are offered, including paid time off and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping/general maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good computer skills and phone etiquette.
• Proficient reading, writing and communication with managers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize toilets, showers, sinks and countertops.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
• Clean stove, oven and microwave.
• Clean refrigerator weekly and discard leftovers.
• Wash windows.
• Sweep and mop linoleum.
• Vacuum carpet.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste.
• Use vacuums, brooms, mops and cleaning tools.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and request purchases as needed.
