Job summary

Conco Companies, a CRH company, is seeking a Truck Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair Ready Mix and heavy equipment across our southwest Missouri operations. You will diagnose issues, disassemble and rebuild components, replace engines and hydraulic systems, test performance, and document time and parts with precision.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3–6 months of hands-on heavy equipment maintenance experience, ASE certifications and a CDL (A or B) preferred, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or technical certification in Heavy Equipment Maintenance a plus.
• Minimum 3–6 months of hands-on experience with heavy equipment maintenance, or equivalent education/experience.
• ASE certifications and a valid CDL (A or B) preferred; clean driving record is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair Ready Mix Trucks, End Dump Trucks, Tractors, Trailers, and heavy equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues, analyze malfunctions, and provide effective solutions.
• Dismantle, rebuild, and maintain equipment using advanced tools; replace major components such as engines and hydraulics.
• Conduct parts examinations using precision instruments; replace and overhaul components.
• Test and tune equipment to ensure optimal safety and performance.
• Lead and mentor teammates, document time and parts, and uphold safety standards.
