Job summary

Allied Universal Compliance and Investigation Services seeks a Field Site Inspector to perform site visit inspections for Medicare/Medicaid providers. Responsibilities include taking photos, interviewing, collecting data, and documenting findings using mobile devices.

Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, with a pay rate of $23–$28 per hour. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, proficiency with laptops and tablets, and completion of required training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends.
• Successful completion of Allied Universal Investigations training/orientation.
• Successful completion of CMS-required site inspector training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent investigations of assigned cases in a specific geographic area.
• Document observations and report findings using mobile devices.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
• Manage workload to meet assignment deadlines.
• Review credentials (education, training, licensure, certification) for providers/facilities.
• Ensure providers meet qualifications per site visit checklists.
• Collaborate with Desktop Inspectors and other staff for site visit reporting.
• Maintain professional attire and conduct during inspections.
