Job summary

Allied Universal Compliance and Investigation Services seeks a Field Site Inspector to perform site visit inspections for Medicare and Medicaid providers. The role involves independent visits, photographing sites, interviewing staff, and data collection to document findings per approved guidelines.

A valid driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience are required, with travel in the Seattle, Monroe, and Tacoma areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with laptops, tablets and mobile devices.
• Willingness to work varied hours including weekends.
• Completed Allied Universal Investigations training/orientation.
• Completed CMS-required site inspector training (initial & in-service).

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent investigations of assigned cases within a geographic area.
• Document observations and activities using mobile devices.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to high professional standards.
• Manage workload to meet assignment deadlines.
• Review credentials for healthcare providers and facilities as required.
• Ensure providers meet qualifications per site visit checklists.
• Collaborate with Desktop Inspectors and other staff for reporting.
• Maintain professional attire and interactions during site inspections.
