Amplify Health in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time Mobile Unit Patient Services Associate to support the delivery of patient-focused healthcare across community locations. You will greet patients, register them in the Electronic Health Record, collect payments, balance the cash drawer, schedule appointments, and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years related experience as a receptionist/front desk.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Greet and check-in patients promptly and professionally.
• Register patients by obtaining and inputting required information into the EHR.
• Collect and post payments in line with cash management protocols.
• Balance and close cash drawer daily and handle deposits.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of program events and interactions.
• Serve as secondary contact for inquiries from external partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners.
