Job summary

TrueCare in California is seeking a Mobile Medical Receptionist for a temporary assignment of 6-9 months. You will drive and operate mobile health units, assist with patient registration and billing, and maintain safety and confidentiality.

You’ll be on the front line at community events, delivering friendly service, coordinating with clinicians, and supporting access to medical and dental services. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a California driver’s license, and flexibility for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative/clerical experience.
• Familiarity with medical and/or dental terminology.
• Knowledge of professional and ethical standards of healthcare delivery.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and EHR data entry.
• Availability to work outside of standard hours and on Saturdays.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid California Class C Driver’s License.
• Ability to safely drive and operate a 36' and 40' mobile unit (training provided).
• Bonus: Associate degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; experience in medical/dental office or community health clinic setting.

Responsibilities
