Job summary

Mr. Handyman in Lake Mary, FL is expanding its team of skilled handymen to tackle home maintenance and repair projects from a few hours to several days.

You’ll have a company-provided van, gas card, and an office team that fills your schedule and answers calls, plus iPad and ServiceTitan support for on-the-job documentation. We require 8+ years of handyman experience, own tools, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights.

Qualifications

• Live within a 10-25 mile radius of our office in Lake Mary, FL.
• Have 8+ years’ experience as a paid handyman/home remodeling professional.
• Own all of your own tools.
• Be insurable for driving our vehicle.
• Complete a background and driving record check.
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Able to safely work at heights and overhead for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Completing Home Maintenance & Repairs – You’ll be completing small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects.
• Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate daily with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs.
• Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers.
