Mr. Handyman is hiring skilled handymen to perform home maintenance and repairs with a company-provided van, gas card, and full scheduling support from the office. You will interact with customers, document work details, and ensure high-quality service.

This role emphasizes independence, reliability, and attention to safety in Lake Mary, FL. You’ll manage jobs end-to-end, using our internal system to track progress while maintaining PPE and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience as a paid handyman/home remodeling professional.
• Own all of your own tools; be insurable to drive the company vehicle.
• Complete a background and driving record check.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Professional appearance and vehicle maintenance.
• Proficiency in at least three areas from carpentry, bathroom/kitchen, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical.

Responsibilities

• Complete home maintenance and repairs for residential and small commercial projects.
• Communicate daily with customers to explain work required and manage scope and costs.
• Document the job using our process to deliver a consistent customer experience.
