Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing or growth analytics for mobile UA.
• Advanced SQL skills, ideally with BigQuery.
• Strong data visualization/dashboard experience (Tableau/Looker Studio/Mixpanel).
• Ability to communicate analyses clearly to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage daily, weekly, and monthly UA reporting processes.
• Analyze KPIs: CPI, Installs, Retention, Revenue, and segment reporting by channel, platform, and geography.
• Translate insights into actionable optimization recommendations for campaigns.
• Forecast and plan budgets with UA and Finance teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and ensure data quality across sources.
